regarding the temporary appointment of Mrs. A. L. Forbes,

M.B., Ch.B., as Lady Medical Officer, Maternity and Child

Welfare, and to forward herewith a copy of a P/1 form

duly completed by Mrs. Forbes together with copies of

seven testimonials.
